The Four “Mores” of English

How to Improve my English series is about the four cores of learning a language like English.

When you want to improve your English, there are four “Mores” you have to keep in mind. Listening more, speaking more, reading more and writing more. You can never learn English well without listening, speaking, reading and writing because these are the core components of communicating.

To improve your English, you must forget the sense of shyness and shame. The so-called “not knowing” shyness is often the biggest step for someone to conquer when learning another language. And can sometimes keep them from continuing in their abilities.

Always practice and try your English with others. No one will ever make fun of you for trying to learn their language. NO ONE. Try to speak more at your job or in your class or at home with your family or even strangers!! It doesn’t matter if you make mistakes. And you never have to feel ashamed to ask if you do not know the answer. Do not pretend that you know it; take those whose English is better than yours as your teachers. As long as you have done these two things, you have marched a big step forward.
